THE PROCESS
The process involves 2 separate days of processing.

DAY 1

On the day of the agreed booking we come to you for humane slaughter of your livestock,

It is then hung/aged in the coolroom until the cut up date, on slaughter day we will go through your cutting requests together,or if you like you can print a cut up sheet direct from our website prior,if your unsure of any cuts we can talk you through the best options.

DAY 2

Day 2

After 1 week of hanging, We return to butcher / pack the carcasses to your required cutting specifications 

We bring all the machinery necessary for production

PREPARATION

Prior to us arriving, there are a few things we need that we require from you

-Reasonably flat surface with reliable 240v power supply for coolroom to be parked during hanging process

-livestock placed into secure holding yards

-consider somewhere for the hides, offal, bones and fat to be placed, most commonly buried or burnt.

- Regular temp checks, the meat is stored at the clients own risk, temperature should be checked daily ,if reaches above 5 degrees C contact us immediately.

- Property access , we require a 4 metre clearance from trees for truck accessibility
